The project consists of:
- 980 Glystro 50 IR for a motorized curtain track used as main black out,
- 960 Sonesse 50 ILT for a Roman blind system used with a sheer fabric.
All motors are linked to the AMX touch panel screen.

• 6531 aluminum Venetian blinds with perforated 50 mm slats (51 X 57 mm housing ) were installed within the double-skin facade.
• They were all equipped with Somfy motors connected to Lonworks BUS networks through 1000 Lonworks 6AC interfaces.
• 520 interior roller blinds were equipped with Somfy LT 50 motors.
• The BMS manages the blinds and the air conditioning system according to the data that is communicated through the indoor and outdoor temperature sensors.

320 motorized wooden venetian blinds were installed in guests room for occupants well-being and a much appreciated interior environment et design.

3000 interior blinds were equipped with Somfy motors. Occupants can now benefit from visual and thermal comfort and enjoy the ocean view without the inconvenience of direct sunlight.

Interior Venetian blinds are controlled by the Somfy animeo IB+ solution and connected to the GTB. With the integrated “Suntracking” feature: the slats are positioned according to the angle of sunlight to avoid glare without restricting natural daylight.   In each office, local control units were installed to allow users to manage their blinds independently.

During its construction in 1992, all the roller shutters in this São Paulo hospital were motorized by Somfy.

440 motorized roller blind ensure students and professors greater visual comfort. The indoor environmental quality is improved, roller blinds are easy to maintain and will have a increased lifetime.

The Southern facade overlooking the river is equipped with 80 motorized Venetian blinds, managed using the animeo IB+ Premium solution. During the day, occupants control the blinds in their office and at night, timer settings allow for optimal management of sunlight to reduce energy consumption in the building.

Somfy motorized the interior blinds found in the control tower of the new Lankara airport. Whichever their position, they provide an outdoor view without the risk of direct sunlight.

Offices at BASF headquarters were equipped with 230 motorized exterior Venetian blinds, all managed through Somfy animeo IB+ Premium solution.
 
This brought day-to-day comfort for occupants and allowed saving energy on artificial lighting as well as heating and cooling systems.

315 interior screen blinds were installed within the offices of this 70 floor building. Individual controls allow users to manage one or several blinds per office.

To prevent direct sunlight at certain hours of the day and reduce the greenhouse effect, 34 motorized horizontal blinds were installed in the entire circular area connecting both buildings.

FTS Somfy motors are found in all 116 horizontal blinds that cover the exhibition area. They can be controlled individually or by group.

Electrically operated roller blinds fitted with Somfy LT50 motors were installed on the 2nd floor to provide glare and temperature control for occupants. animeo IB+ was installed with advanced functions allowing users to position blinds locally via RTS radio control units. To operate this system, animeo RTS cards were connected to the animeo motor controllers (MOCO).

Somfy introduced a motorization solution for roller shutters with individual control systems. Comfort for the occupants and gentle operation of roller shutters that guarantees extended life… A key point for promoters and increased real-estate value.

The China Youth Travel Service is the most famous travel company in China. In their new offices, motorized aluminum Venetian blinds and Horizontal blinds are managed via the Somfy animeo IB+ solution that provides 2 main operation modes:

• automatic management of blinds in case the area is unoccupied: here, priority is placed on saving energy and blinds are driven via timer settings and/or sun sensors installed on the facade.
• management of blinds by occupants: individual or group control.

The Capital Tower is a 253 meter and 52 floor high-rise located in the heart of Singapore. It is home to many offices and organizations. The all-glass facade is protected by interior blinds equipped with Somfy motors.
